From the first call to the signing

    Where it is, what it's like and whether you want to sell or rent it out.

  2. We look at it with you

    We review the documents and choose the partner agency that suits it best.

  3. You sign the agreement

    With the agency, after we have reviewed it together.

  4. We stay with you until the signing

    Viewings, offers, contract and notary.

Do you know someone selling or renting out a luxury home?

Send us their contact details, with their permission. If the sale or rental is signed through us with one of our partner agencies, we pay you a commission. We confirm the amount in writing when we accept your recommendation.

«Recommend and earn» programme terms

  1. Who can take part. Anyone aged 18 or over, except staff of our partner agencies. Owners cannot recommend themselves.
  2. Permission. We only accept recommendations of people who have agreed to be contacted. When we call them, we will tell them who gave us their details.
  3. First recommendation. If we were already in touch with that person or that home, or if someone recommended it before, no commission is due.
  4. When it is paid. When the sale or rental is signed through us with one of our partner agencies and the agency has been paid its commission. If the deal is not signed, no commission is due.
  5. Validity. A recommendation is valid for twelve months from the date we accept it.
  6. Amount. The amount we confirm to you in writing when we accept the recommendation.
  7. Taxes. To pay you, we will ask for your tax details and apply any withholding that may be required.
  8. Changes. We may change or end the programme. Changes do not affect recommendations already accepted.
